At QIRAWEAR, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States.  
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping Promotion

Free Shipping on all orders over $50 (within the United States).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays and peak seasons).  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

 Delivery Time Estimates (After Shipment)

United States: 7–12 business days  
(This is an estimate. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier, and external factors.)

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping. Additional fees may apply for express shipping options (if available).

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.  
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:  
Carrier issues  
Weather conditions  
High volume periods (holidays, etc.)  
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer  

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue (replacement or refund where applicable).
