Refund policy

At QIRAWEAR, we want you to love your purchase. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

 1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order (based on carrier tracking).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

 2. Non-Returnable

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (including all bodysuits) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by customer are not eligible for return.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 4. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at service@QIRAWEAR.com with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions (we respond within 1-2 business days).
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions within 7 days of approval.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or wrong item sent).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (original) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:  
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

 7. Important Notes

 We ship only to the United States.
 This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer laws but does not affect your statutory rights.
